Index Licensing for the usage of BME Group’s Indices as underlying of financial instruments and/or the usage of names and trademarks associated with these Indices.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT: Agreement for the issuance of financial instruments that have as underlying any of the Indices managed by BME Group.

LICENCE AGREEMENT: Agreement for the usage of trademarks associated with the Indices managed by BME Group.
